We're Different

Many dental offices approach patients on a tooth-by-tooth basis. We believe in considering you as an individual, with needs, wants and priorities, and treating you that way.

The Examination

We emphasize the importance of a complete examination, in order to find out all of our patients problems from the beginning of our relationship. We examine the health of the teeth and gums, the structural aspects, the function, and the esthetics, or appearance of your smile.
This is not for us to generate more treatment, it is to better understand your situation. We always address only the issues you want addressed, in the order of your priorities, as far as technically possible.

The Consultation

The information gathered at the examination appointment is analyzed and organized by Dr. Radu in an easily understandable format and discussed with you at a subsequent Consultation appointment. There is no additional fee for this, but it does necessitate a separate appointment. It is essential we dedicate enough time for the analysis of the data and the options of care you may have.
At the conclusion of the Consultation appointment, you are in a better position to decide how you would like to proceed!

The Facility

Our practice is now operational in its new location at 1865 NW Boca Raton Boulevard since August of 2007. We had outgrown the original location on Glades Road, where we practiced since 1992, and decided to build a new facility from the ground up.
We had the good fortune of finding a superb team of architects and construction companies, to whom we credit the beautiful surroundings we now call Our Practice.
Rick Brautigan Architecture of Delray Beach was responsible for the new building which is considered a landmark in the architectural landscape of Boca Raton!
Michael Unthank of Lincoln, Nebraska is an architect and dentist specializing exclusively in the design of dental offices. Michael and his team have done an outstanding job in designing the dental office proper. Everything was planned well: the layout, the ergonomics, the functionality, and the beauty of our office.
Dr. Radu was very instrumental not only in the choice of the professionals responsible for the design, but in the design itself. He loves contemporary architecture and design and has a passion for detail. As our patients have already noticed and commented, this office is so much him!
As Dr. Radu is fond of saying: contemporary architecture, high-tech equipment and modern dentistry go hand in hand!

On a special note, the office can double as a teaching facility; the implementation of a partition wall feature, used for conference rooms, allows the opening of three rooms into one large teaching center. Dr. Radus other passion is education!
