| Restoration of a worn set of teeth with crowns |

A life of abused teeth through tobacco chewing resulted in almost complete destruction of the entire set of teeth. We have restored only the lower teeth with porcelain fused to metal crowns and fixed bridges. The patient wanted to see some gold in the front!, therefore, the gold showing it is not a mistake! The upper teeth are restored with a long term provisional set of crowns in order to phase the work over an extended period of time.

A female patient presented with missing, broken, decayed and discolored upper and lower teeth. The solution was to save the teeth that could be saved, remove the compromised ones and create a full mouth reconstruction with crowns and partial dentures. Because of the use of precision attachments hidden in the crowns, any unsightly metal clasp (wire), was avoided. |

A female patient presented with multiple missing upper teeth, restored with an ill-fitting provisional acrylic splint. She wanted to have implants placed, rather than a removable partial denture. We have restored the entire upper jaw with Zirconia full ceramic crowns (computer milled), individually cemented over her natural remaining teeth and surgically placed implants. |

A male patient presented with ill-fitting old crowns and fillings; the various shades of the restorations and the spaces in-between the teeth were distracting. The solution consisted of changing the old porcelain fused to metal crowns with new full porcelain, computer milled, Zirconia crowns shaped to close the gaps and create an even smile. |
